On March 15, the graduation ceremony for 2008 batch MBBS students was held in School of Medicine. A total of 63 students have passed the course examinations, and were granted the degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.

Prof. Yu Hai presided over the graduation ceremony. Prof. Song Yonghua, executive vice president of Zhejiang University, Prof. Huang He, party secretary of School of Medicine, and Prof. Wang Li, Dean of the International Education School, summarized their medical study life of five and a half years, expressed heartfelt congratulations, and finally encouraged students to pursue further studies after graduation, accumulate experiences, and become a qualified doctor. Graduates are also expected to contribute to foreign affairs between their home country and China. Irfan and Sahithi from the United States gave speeches on behalf of the graduates. They expressed gratitude to the medical departments for more than five years of careful cultivation, and also expressed sincere wishes to the other students.
