On October 16th, a delegation from Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH), Harvard Medical School, consisting Prof. Jeffrey Golden, Chair of Department of Pathology of BWH, Prof. Marisa Nucci, pathologist of women and perinatal pathology of BWH, visited Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
Prof. Li Xiaoming, executive Vice-Dean, School of Medicine, Prof. Ke Yuehai, Associate Dean, Prof. Shao jimin, Director of Pathology played a host. Prof. Li Xiaoming welcomed the delegation from BWH and introduced the basic information about the ZJUSM. During the visit, the two sides had a deep discussion regarding the potential collaboration in terms of visiting scholars and joint scientific research.
Additionally, a lecture titled Cortical Interneurons in Development and Disease was delivered by Prof. Golden, and a visit to key labs of ZJUSM was taken afterwards.
