Located in the historical and picturesque city Hangzhou, Zhejiang University has an established history of academic reputation, and is among the first batch of "First-Class Universities" approved by the Ministry of Education in China. The Department of Nursing Studies at Zhejiang University was established in 1988, and now it has the right to grant Master and Doctorate degrees. The Institute of Nursing Research was established in March 2018 by Zhejiang University, providing postdoctoral fellowship work station in nursing research field.

Eligibility Requirements
1. The applicant must hold a Doctoral Degree in a nursing-related discipline.
2. The applicant acquires good scientific literacy, dedication, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
3. The applicant should be excellent at communication, reading and writing in English
4. The applicant should apply for postdoctoral fellowship within 3 years after he or she graduated from PhD; he or she must be in good health and under the age of 35, while under the age of 40 for the foreign candidates.
5. The applicant has published at least one paper in SCI journals during his or her doctoral study or within the past two years from the time of application.
6. The postdoctoral Management Committee of the medical school has assessed and stated that the applicant has good potential in academic development.

1. Salary and benefits are paid according to the relevant national regulations for Postdoctoral fellow, and the annual income is around RMB 200,000.
2. A postdoctoral residence is provided by the Zhejiang University.
Job promotion for Postdoctoral fellow:
1. Postdoctoral research proposal should be officially approved by the review board within 3 months, and they can start to apply for being a research assistant.
2. Postdoctoral fellow can apply for a senior professional position after working in the station for 3 years.
