1. 10:00-10:10am Opening remarks and introduction of guests （Prof. Zhou Tian Hua）
2. 10:10-10:15am All rise for National Anthem
3. 10:15-10:20am University president deliver speech
4. 10:20-10:25am Medical School Dean deliver speech
5. 10:25-10:30am International College Dean deliver speech
6. 10:30-10:35am Student representative give graduation speech
5 minutes break.
7. 10:40-11:00am Degree Awarding
（1）Announce the names
（2）Confer degree and Congratulation
（3）Moving tassel
（4）Taking photos
8. 11:00-11:05am All rise for the School Hymn, ceremony ends.
9. 11:05-11:20am Take graduation photos
10. 12:00am Luncheons
Notes:
1. Degree candidates should arrive at Faculty & Staff Activity Center at 9:00am.
2. All degree candidates Must wear academic attire (Caps and gowns).
3. Formation of candidates.
4. Procession into conference hall at 9:50am and sit in assigned seats.
5. Attire can be rented （220RMB, 200RMB is the deposit） or bought (140RMB) from Miss. Guo, Yu- Cong, Administration building, 4th floor, room 421, School of Medicine(Zijingang campus) at 10-12am, March 14, 2013. You need to return the attire before noon, March 18, 2013.
6. All students can participate the ceremony and photo section, but only the student who pass the
graduation evaluation will allowed to wear the gown and receive graduation certificates.
7. Whenyou wear the attire, the tassel should be in the middle of right side edge of your cap.
8. Dress code: Formal. White or light color shirt, tie for boy, bow tie for girl(if you have one); dark color trousers and leather shoes.
