Notice for Graduation Exam

The graduation exam for international medical students consists of two parts: the pre-clinical and the clinical exams. The pre-clinical exam will be held by the end of first three years of medical education and the clinical exam will be held by the end of senior clerkship.
1. Subjects:
1)The pre-clinical exam will cover Anatomy (25), Histology & Embryology (10), Physiology (25), Biochemistry (20), Microbiology (25), Medical Immunology (10), Pathology (25), Pharmacology (20), Medical Genetics (10), Epidemiology (10), Biostatistics (10) and Medical Psychology (10).
2)The clinical exam will cover Internal Medicine (60), Surgery (50), Pediatrics (25), Obstetrics and Gynecology (25), Neurology (10), Psychiatry (10), Infectious disease (10) and Emergency Medicine (10).
    Part I: Internal Medicine, Neurology, Psychiatry, Infectious Disease and Emergency Medicine.
    Part II: Surgery, OB&G, Pediateics.
*The numbers in brackets are the number of the questions for that subject.
2. Total number of question: 200 questions for each (pre-clinical and clinical exam).
3. Type of question: Single Choice Questions
4. Rules for Graduation Examinations:
Pre-clinical Exam
2)       Students who failed in the second attempt will not be awarded the degree.
3)       Students who are not taking the exam will be considered failed for that particular attempt.
Clinical Exam
1)       Students who failed in the first attempt will be given ONE more chance to retake the exam  
after one week.The maximum score for retaking exam will be 60(120 out of 200 questions, pass).
2)       Students who failed in the second attempt will not be awarded the degree.
3)       Students who are not taking the exam will be considered failed for that particular attempt.
