来茂德:教授,主任医师
1982年毕业于浙江医科大学医学系,1987年获医学硕士学位。1990年获联邦德国吕贝克医科大学博士学位。中华医学会病理学分会候任主任委员、中国医师协会病理医师分会副会长、我校病理学和病理生理学系主任、国家重点(培育)学科、浙江省重点学科—病理学及省重点实验室(浙江省疾病蛋白质组学重点实验室)学术带头人。国家新世纪百千万人才工程培养对象。 国家科技支撑计划项目“代谢综合征的早期识别和干预技术研究”首席科学家。国际期刊Clinica Chimica Acta 、Open Proteomics Journal和Pathology and Laboratory Medicine International的编委。
在国际上首次发现胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-相关蛋白1(IGFBP-rP1)是一个在结直肠癌中高表达的基因,并且其表达与病人血糖密切相关。后续的研究证明IGFBP-rP1是一个抑癌基因,其表达受该基因第一外显子的甲基化调控;发现RegIV是一个在结直肠肿瘤中高表达的新基因,可能是一个预警腺瘤癌变的生物学标志;分离鉴定了新神经内分泌标志物促泌素,开发了用于神经内分泌癌诊断和治疗监控的外周血促泌素检测方法,并已用于临床病理诊断;在国内最早开展实体瘤微卫星不稳定性研究,建立了系列的研究方法,为将微卫星不稳定性检测用于临床提供了可能;在生物信息学与分子病理学结合应用上进行了开拓性的工作。
主要研究课题:作为首席科学家设计并得到国家立项“十一五”国家科技支撑计划“代谢综合征的早期识别和干预技术研究”总经费3668万元,其中国家经费3023万元,由本人作为课题负责人的经费约1000万元;承担国家“973”项目子课题一项;主持国家自然科学基金和浙江省科技厅重大项目等20余项。
主要研究和教育成果奖:获得省部级科研成果奖6项,包括浙江省科技进步一等奖1项。国家教育成果二等奖3项(一项第一,一项第三,一项第五)。国家级精品课程《病理学》负责人。
主要荣誉奖:全国优秀教师,国家教委霍英东高校优秀青年教师奖、享受国务院特殊津贴。浙江省青年科技奖、浙江省有突出贡献的中青年科技工作者和浙江省青少年英才一等奖。
论文、教材和著作: SCI收录论文51篇,最高影响因子8.894(2004年,是当时浙大mgm美高梅79906所有研究工作在本土完成的最高影响因子期刊论文)。已在本学科顶尖期刊如《J Path》、《Clin Cancer Res》、《Am J Surg Path》、《Mod Path》、《Histopathology》、《Virchows Arch》等杂志上发表了论文。中文论文100余篇。主编卫生部研究生规划教材《医学分子生物学》、副主编卫生部七年制和八年制规划教材《病理学》、几乎参加所有病理学方面的主要著作和教材。主编研究专著《上皮内瘤变》、《恶性肿瘤组织病理学分级图谱》、《 Intraepithelial Neoplasia》(该书全英文,所有400多张病理图片都是中国人的,是国际上该领域的第一本专著,由中国高教出版社和世界著名图书出版公司Springer联合出版,目前在全世界销售,在国际病理学界有很好影响)。
