李永泉,教授、博导,我校求是特聘教授,国务院政府特殊津贴专家,我校药物生物技术研究所所长,浙江省微生物生化与代谢工程重点实验室主任、浙江省微生物制药技术工程实验室主任,入选“浙江省151人才工程”重点层次。中国微生物学会理事兼分子微生物专业委员会副主任委员,中国生物工程学会合成生物学专业委员会委员,浙江省微生物学会理事长。
长期从事微生物合成生物学和微生物制药研究,系统解析了链霉菌全局调控、多效调控和途径特异性调控因子的分子机制,建立了药物生产菌基因组重塑、微生物细胞工厂构建、生物合成途径重构、调控网络重组的合成生物学技术体系。注重基础与技术链接、技术与产业互动,主持了他克莫司、奥利万星、纳他霉素、达托霉素等微生物药物的研制或高产改造,均实现了产业化,支撑合作企业获多项新药证书和国家级重点新产品,产生了很好的经济效益。
近年主持了国家自然科学基金项目(含重点、面上)、863重大专项课题、国家新药创制重大专项课题、973子课题、国家科技支撑计划子课题等项目,授权国家发明专利15项,获省部级科技进步奖一等奖2项(第1、第2)和 二等奖3项(第1),以通讯作者在领域主流杂志上发表90余篇SCI论文。
